Green Ademola — Co-Founder & Executive Chairman
Green provides the strategic direction of Aeternum Consult, shaping the firm's vision, driving innovation, and ensuring every engagement reflects our commitment to evidence-based advice. He most recently served as Information Systems Manager at Outspan Nigeria Ltd (formerly Olam Nigeria Ltd, and now part of the Olam Food Ingredients/ofi group), where he held full oversight of company-wide data preprocessing and analysis. His work there included leading a cross-functional team to build "Digital Warehouse," a mobile solution for real-time data capture, and pioneering the integration of Excel macros with SAP to automate data entry — a project that significantly reduced data-capturing time and virtually eliminated manual entry errors. He has served as a World Bank Group local expert contributor across multiple editions of the Doing Business research series. Green holds an MSc in Artificial Intelligence & Data Science from the University of Hull, UK, and a BSc in Statistics from Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto, Nigeria.

Evelyn leads the day-to-day running of Aeternum Consult, with responsibility for operational excellence, governance and client delivery. She brings over a decade of experience at Access Bank Plc, one of Africa's leading financial institutions, with deep expertise in operations management, customer experience and organisational performance.

Jane leads client experience, creative strategy and stakeholder engagement. Drawing on an African British perspective, she brings the energy, creativity and fresh thinking that keep Aeternum's work current — ensuring our solutions resonate with today's leaders while remaining built for the generation coming next.
Philemon Nashuka — Technical Advisory Council
Principal Consultant, Energy Contracts & Procurement. Certified CIPS (Procurement and Supply) with over 20 years of combined experiences in strategic sourcing, data analysis, contracts and procurement leadership across oil & gas and manufacturing sectors in Africa, the UK, the Gulf/Middle East. He has led multimillion dollar EPCI, drilling & completions, and infrastructure contracting activities, delivering negotiated savings exceeding $9M in a single year. His career includes specialized and senior roles at TotalEnergies in Nigeria, Sonoco, UK, and at one of the largest energy companies in the Middle East. His postgraduate specialisation in Big Data Analytics (Sheffield Hallam University, UK) also supports data warehousing, data centre management and business intelligence capabilities.
